At The Beauty Therapy Room, we believe in providing expert and professional cosmeceutical treatments and complimentary therapies. In a completely new venture for The Beauty Therapy Room, we are offering beauty & holistic treatments to our old and new customers. We are looking for exceptional and highly experienced qualified holistic therapists who are skilled at undertaking a range of treatments and complimentary disciplines. You will share our passion for giving great customer service and ensure that an extra special, pampering experience is enjoyed by all visitors to our calm treatment rooms.
Therapists need to possess good communication skills, be friendly, enthusiastic, polite, motivated, and flexible and who has the ability to work within high quality standards, systems and procedures. Preferably therapists need to have a minimum of 24 months clinic experience and a minimum qualification in NVQ 3 or equivalent, and ideally been certified by the holistic federation and/or associations and has ample experience or training in massage and any other holistic disciplines.
Salary is on a percentage share scheme, product discount, or monthly/hourly pay according with the qualifications and expertise. Therapists must have their own Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance as well as membership to Holistic Federation or Association and highest qualifications from renowned colleges or holistic training centers.
