This is a self-tanning treatment that provides a streakless tan for up to two weeks. The L-Tyrosine and Aloe Vera based product is non greasy and quicky drying with a relaxing aromatic scent.
It is a year round tan that can hide strech marks and varicose veins, leaving you with a glowing complexion and without the need of a tanning bed or sun exposure, thereby eliminating the risks of skin damage, ageing and melanoma.
This treatment can be applied manually or with the use of an airbrush compressor. A full body exfoliation is a MUST and it is done by the therapist herself to ensure an even and perfect application.

All these treatments include the full body exfoliation performed by the therapist in the salon, to ensure and guarantee the results and quality of the tan.
If any person desires to do their own full body exfoliation at home prior to the visit to the salon, it is imperative that they use ST TROPEZ Body Exfoliator.
This is because the mixture of different products can alter the chemical process of the tan and the development of the melanin in the skin, hence the colour may go orange, green or stripey.
Therefore, we do not advise such treatment and we do not accept the responsibility if the results from the tan go bad and the colour not to the expectation of the clients.
Advice Before Treatment
1. If prone to allergic reaction or have especially sensitive skin, ask your therapist for a patch test.
2. Avoid any other self-tanning product for a minimum period of 4 days prior to your appointment.
3. Waxing or shaving should be completed at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.
4. Loose dark clothing should be worn, together with a dark coloured bra or, preferably, no bra at all. Please be aware that the guide colour can stain nylon, silk and wool.
5. Black Paper Tangas will be issued upon arrival. After treatment, it would be advisable to wear these at home underneath loose-fitting clothingAgain, if you can put the pricing in a table with different colour shades.
6. It is preferable not to wear any type of perfume, deodorant or aromatherapy oils, as these will all affect the treatment.
Advice After Treatment
1. DO NOT shower or bathe for a minimum of three to four hours after the treatment. The application takes time to develop. You can leave it overnight too.
2. DO NOT take part in any activity, which may cause perspiration for at least 12 hours after the treatment.
3. SWIMMING- it is advisable not to swim for at least 12 hours after the treatment. Please be aware that the chemicals in the pool may bleach the colour, as is the case with a normal tan.
It is suggested that when leaving the pool, you mix the Lotion Tan and Moisturiser together and apply as a body lotion to top up and prolong the tan.
4. DO NOT USE any perfume, deodorant or aromatherapy oils until you have (taken advice from your Therapist.) showered the tan application and especially after 2 days of the actual treatment in the salon.
5. It is fine to leave the guide colour on overnight and shower in the morning. If a little colour does appear on your bed linen, it is just vegetable dye and will wash out of cotton.
DEPTH OF TAN
Once St Tropez has developed, it will give a golden glow. To obtain a darker shade, a second or third application may be required. This can be done at home. Your own skin tone will determine the depth of the Tan.
