Gift vouchers are available for treatments only. It is a great weay to treat a loved one for that special occassion. They are valid for 6 months only from the date of purcahse and cannot be exchanged for cash or purchase of products.

A top to toe treatment can be arranged to suit the individual needs with a wide choice of treatments. They can be booked and paid for in full and in advance. Therapists can advise you on the choice of suitable treatments depending on the occassion intended.

A 50% deposit is required when booking for facials and body treatments over 30 minutes in time and during peak times. Credit card details will be required and if clients do not attend or do not cancel before 24 hours, the remaining 50% of the treatment price will be charged on the cards.

Courses of treatments are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase. If a client misses an appointment for any reason without notifying the therapist, or do not cancel and / or give 24 hours notice, the treatment will be considered as a used session. Aftre 6 months, the course will expire even if the sessions have not been used. No refunds are made to the courses if cancelled or not attended for any reasons.

We accept all major credit cards except American Express. We do not provide any credit facilities to clients. All payments for treatments, courses and products must be made on the day of the purchase in full amount.
